Job Title: Senior SQL DBA

Location: Los Angeles/El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Job Description:

• Review and triage security scan logs using different client provided security tools mainly across Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure, and SQL Server database environments to identify vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Analyze scan results to prioritize and categorize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact, and likelihood of exploitation.
• Work closely with the IT engineering and security teams to develop and implement remediation plans to address identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
• Provide hands-on support for implementing security patches, configuration changes, and other remediation measures across AD, Azure, and SQL Server environments.
• Preferably a bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 4-7 years of experience in IT security with a focus on vulnerability management and remediation.
• Hands-on experience with either of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and SQL Server vulnerability patching, bugs fixing.
• Desirable to experience in triaging security scan logs to perform vulnerability assessments and analyze scan results.
• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing security patches, validating the bug fix in test environment before applying to production.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH are a plus.
